Backed by Stanford Medicine, MEandMine is a gamified platform that helps students build self-regulation skills while detecting early risk signals to strengthen MTSS/PBIS implementation—building a strong preventive layer across the continuum of care through a single, scalable system. Through brief daily check-ins, our algorithms map each student's personalized regulation spectrum and translate play into preventive, skill-building practice. During the play, 160+ in-game behavioral signals are analyzed by our deep learning models to surface early indicators of need, enable timely referral and intervention before crisis escalates.
Role
We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Global Business Operations Lead to build, optimize, and scale MEandMine's operational engine across sales, finance coordination, CRM systems, and cross-functional execution.
This role is the integrator of the organization — Utilize AI as much as possible, even build your own AI team, to support the work to turn strategy into systems, aligning teams around measurable KPIs, and ensuring US operational excellence. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive visibility, accountability, and scalable processes across the company.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Revenue Leadership
    • Own and optimize the end-to-end sales operations process, including documentation and contract workflows (software license agreements, data security agreements, invoices, COIs).
    • Architect CRM (HubSpot) automation workflows. Enforce data standards and hygiene protocols to ensure data integrity, pipeline visibility, sales tracking, and performance reporting efficiency.
    • Sales tracking and generate invoice.
  2. Payroll & HR
    • Ensure accurate commission calculations (Sales, Implementation, Door Opener).
    • Coordinate and automate onboarding process and coordinate internal training.
  3. Financial & Operational Coordination
    • Oversee operational alignment between Sales, Accounting, and Payroll (invoicing, commission payouts, vendor payout).
    • Oversee full time employee payroll workflow via Justworks and manage part-time employee expenses and timesheets.
    • Create scalable operational SOPs to support domestic and international expansion.
  4. Conference and Market Adoption Operation
    • Lead operational planning and logistics for conferences and major events.
    • Align cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Implementation) around go-to-market execution.
    • Act as a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring execution stays aligned with strategic priorities.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, or similar leadership roles in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), sales operations, and commission structures.
  • Proven ability to design scalable processes from growth through expansion.
  • Strong business literacy with experience coordinating invoicing, payroll, and reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high tech startup is a plus.
