- 10+ years in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, or similar leadership roles in a high-growth environment.
- Strong experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), sales operations, and commission structures.
- Proven ability to design scalable processes from growth through expansion.
- Strong business literacy with experience coordinating invoicing, payroll, and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high tech startup is a plus.
