MEandMine boxes target children of ages 4-8. As we launch additional boxes, the age range may expand in the future.

We accept returns if the items are unused and not damaged. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. The refund will be processed after we receive the items. After we process the refund, you'll receive a refund confirmation by email. All refund will be issued to the original form of payment, and it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your card-issuing financial institution to process your refund.

Currently we only ship within the United States. We will do our best to serve families in other countries in the future.

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. After your order is shipped, you'll receive a notification email and the tracking number. You can also log into your account and select the order. On the order page, you'll see the status of the order, or a tracking number if it's shipped.

You can update your shipping or billing information at any time from your My Account page. Click "View Address" tab under Account details, then click "Edit" button, and you'll be able to edit the information of your account.
