We want you to be totally satisfied with your MEandMine play kits. You have 30 days after delivery to notify us that you would like to return a product. Within 30 days after our receipt of this notice, the product must be returned to us unaltered. Please contact us at info@meandmine.com with your name, order number, and, optionally, the reason for return, and we will issue you a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free within the United States.
You can cancel a monthly subscription anytime after the first play kit ships. Please cancel by emailing us at info@meandmine.com at least three business days prior to your subscription’s auto-renewal date.
Prepaid or Gift subscriptions (3-, 6-, and 12-month terms) are not eligible for cancellation. Gift subscriptions will expire after the original term is complete. Auto-renewing subscriptions (pay every 3, 6 or 12 months) can be turned “off” at any time - meaning we will cancel the next automatic renewal of the subscription (instead, the subscription will expire). Auto-renewing subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term.

We promote SEL and Equity in education. So far we have pledged 1% of sales to underserved schools and foster families to accelerate SEL and have impacted kids globally.
Monthly subscriptions are $29 per month.

United Kingdom
Due to changes in the United Kingdom's import taxes, MEandMine is required to collect a 20% VAT (Value-Added Tax) at checkout on all orders to the UK. MEandMine is responsible for acquiring the tax and transferring the funds to the UK government as a part of these new tax updates.
European Union
Due to changes in the EU's import taxes, MEandMine is required to collect a VAT (Value-Added-Tax) at checkout on all orders to countries within the EU. MeandMine is responsible for acquiring the tax and transferring the funds to EU governments as a part of these new tax updates. The VAT range differs from country to country and ranges from 18%-27%. For more information on the VAT percentage rate in your country, please view the EU VAT Rate Table below.
Australia & New Zealand
MEandMine is required to collect a 5% duties fee on orders to Australia and New Zealand with a subtotal > $1000 AUD or >$400 NZD, respectively. This fee will be reflected in your tax rate.
EU VAT Rate by Country
Effective 5 Feb 2022 the EU VAT obligation requires all orders being shipped to the EU to have an additional tax added at checkout instead of at the import of goods into the EU. MEandMine is responsible for acquiring the tax and transferring the funds to EU governments as a part of these new tax updates.
The table below provides the specific VAT rate for each individual country in the EU.
All prices on our website are charged in USD. Your credit card company will convert the US price into your country's currency at the current currency rate at the time of payment.
