Implementation Specialist (Per Diem / Consultant)
Location: California (San Francisco Bay Area)
Job Type: On-Call / Consultant-Based
About Us
At MEandMine, we’re revolutionizing mental health and emotional well-being for young learners through the power of gamification and neuroscience. Our AI-driven platform analyzes over 160 emotion and energy signals alongside in-game behaviors to create personalized experiences that help students regulate, focus, and thrive. We provide real-time, actionable insights for educators and decision-makers—from classrooms to state-level systems—to support early intervention and ensure no student has to wait in line for mental health support.
About the Role
We’re looking for dynamic and passionate Implementation Specialists to join our growing team on a per diem basis. This is an excellent opportunity for former educators, education students, or mental health advocates looking to make a real impact in schools. In this flexible, on-call position, you’ll lead in-person training and implementation sessions in K–8 school settings. You’ll introduce students and teachers to our innovative solution, helping them feel confident and excited about using our platform.
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver engaging, hands-on in-person training sessions for school partners.
  • Introduce and support the implementation of our tool in classrooms, working directly with students, teachers, and school leaders
  • Dedicate at least one day per month to account management and customer success, checking in with schools you’ve implemented to ensure continued success and support
  • Collaborate with company leadership and fellow team members to ensure smooth rollouts
  • Be physically active during sessions, which may require standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours), and occasionally climbing stairs in school buildings
What We’re Looking For
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with K–8 students and educators
  • Ability to travel throughout your territory
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environments
  • Comfortable with technology, learning new digital tools, and problem-solving
  • Preferred: Background in teaching, school administration, or professional development
  • Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish
Why Join Us?
  • Competitive per diem compensation based on experience
  • Flexible scheduling—choose opportunities that fit your availability
  • A chance to directly impact the mental well-being of young learners
  • Be part of a cutting-edge movement transforming mental health in education
If you’re excited to empower students and bring emotional well-being into every classroom, we’d love to hear from you!
