Conference or Event Operation
- Lead operational planning and logistics for conferences and major events.
- Align cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Implementation) around go-to-market execution.
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring execution stays aligned with strategic priorities.
- Coordination with US-based team: Must be available and responsive Monday through Friday 08:00–09:00am CST (Taiwan Standard Time), to ensure daily coordination with the US-based team.
- Fluent in English (experience working across international markets preferred)
- AI/technology native (with the ability to quickly learn new tools; familiarity with HubSpot and QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong experience operating in a growth-stage environment, with a solid understanding of operational systems (experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-tech startups is a plus)
- Comfortable building structure and driving clarity in ambiguous environments, Business-savvy with strong problem-solving skills
