Every day, our platform supports over 50,000 students across 250+ schools and health centers, reducing behavioral incidents by 51% and improving self-regulation skills by 71%. It serves as a co-pilot to our school and health center partners, strengthening MTSS/PBIS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports / Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) systems and building a strong preventive layer across the continuum of care.
Role
With offices in both the U.S. and Taiwan, this role offers a unique opportunity for a Taiwan-based talent to become a driving force behind a scaling startup serving the U.S. market.
We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Global Business Operations Lead to build the foundation for our operational strategy and execution across Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, and People Operations.
As the inaugural Global Business Operations Lead, you will report to the CEO and work closely with leadership teams in both the U.S. and Taiwan to drive visibility, accountability, and scalable processes across the company.
This strong individual contributor will serve as the integrator of the organization—bringing together and streamlining existing systems across CRM (HubSpot), accounting (QuickBooks), marketing (Mailchimp), and HR/payroll (Justworks/Swingvy). You will identify and implement AI tools to automate workflows across sales, finance, and operations, turning strategy into scalable systems. In this role, you will align teams around measurable KPIs and ensure operational excellence.
This role is based in Taiwan and can be performed remotely, with the option to work from our Taipei office near Taipei Arena MRT station. Candidates must be available for a daily sync, Monday through Friday from 8–9 AM Taiwan time.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Operations & Sales Infrastructure
    • Own and optimize the end-to-end sales operation process, including:
      • Contracting (software license agreements, data security agreements, COIs)
      • Invoicing workflows and payment tracking (HubSpot)
      • Customer onboarding coordination (e.g., welcome kits)
    • Ensure all deal flows are accurate, compliant, and scalable
  2. CRM Ownership & Data Integrity (HubSpot)
    • Serve as the owner and architect of HubSpot CRM
    • Build and maintain:
      • Pipeline structure and forecasting models
      • Marketing automation workflows
      • Executive dashboards and reporting
    • Enforce data standards and hygiene, ensuring accurate and reliable inputs from the sales team
  3. Financial Operations & Accounting Coordination
    • Own revenue tracking and reconciliation across CRM, invoicing, and accounting systems
    • Reconcile budget vs. actuals and identify discrepancies
    • Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and revenue recognition
    • Build and document processes for:
      • Invoice tracking and collections
      • Financial reporting workflows
  4. Compensation, Payroll & Incentive Management
    • Calculate and validate commissions and payout processes.
    • Oversee payroll coordination via Justworks.
  5. People Operations & HR Infrastructure
    • Own core People Operations processes, including:
      • Onboarding and offboarding
      • Employee documentation and compliance
      • HR policies and internal guidelines
    • Partner with leadership to maintain a high-functioning, well-supported team environment
  6. Conference or Event Operation
    • Lead operational planning and logistics for conferences and major events.
    • Align cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Implementation) around go-to-market execution.
    • Act as a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring execution stays aligned with strategic priorities.
    • Coordination with US-based team: Must be available and responsive Monday through Friday 08:00–09:00am CST (Taiwan Standard Time), to ensure daily coordination with the US-based team.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (experience working across international markets preferred)
  • AI/technology native (with the ability to quickly learn new tools; familiarity with HubSpot and QuickBooks preferred)
  • Strong experience operating in a growth-stage environment, with a solid understanding of operational systems (experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-tech startups is a plus)
  • Comfortable building structure and driving clarity in ambiguous environments, Business-savvy with strong problem-solving skills
Compensation
Annual cash compensation is estimated to be NTD 800,000 to NTD 1,300,000, depending on experience and qualifications, with additional performance-based bonus and ESOP participation.
